This also applies to the ‘chemin blanc’ – the riverside path that leads to the property. The path was renovated in 2019 as part of the improvements for the ‘La Flow Vélo’ cycle route part of which allows you to cycle to the market town of Chateauneuf-sur-Charente along the riverbank (4.5km).
The property has a fosse septique drainage system which had it’s 10 year annual inspection in 2022 when it was declared to be fully compliant with all latest regulations.
